Lemon balm - organic

Lemon Balm, or Melissa Officinalis, is a member of the mint family well loved by gardeners for their ability to attract honey bees, and for the delicious tea its leaves make. The taste and aroma have in common the strong lemony profile, similar to fresh lemon leaves, that gives the tea its name. There are notes of fresh lettuce, refreshing citronella, and a gentle lingering sweetness at the finish reminiscent of fresh hay.  Enjoyed both hot and cold and any time of year!
