This herbal tea is made from the flowers and leaves of the Linden or Tilia tree, an aromatic deciduous tree with a long history of use. The aroma of the leaves and flowers is tangy, with an herbaceous green briskness that hides its intensely sweet taste. The flavor notes present in its pale golden liquid are rich honey, pollen, straw, and a slight cooling astringent finish. It is very refreshing, especially before sleep.
